Deadline for Submission of Competitive Proposals for the Concept of the Five Renovation Sites Was Extended Until July 10th

The deadline for submission of proposals within the framework of the architectural and urban-planning competition on development of the concepts for the experimental renovation sites of Moscow housing was extended until July 10, 2017, says the Chief Architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov during an open workshop for architects and designers.

Competitive bids may be submitted by July 10, 2017. The first jury meeting will be held in July 31, said Sergey Kuznetsov.

“The application form can be downloaded from the website of Archcouncil of Moscow. It contains all the requirements for the applicants. The proposals will be examined by professional jury, who will select 20 finalists. Five teams will be selected for the final, their remuneration will be RUB 11 million. The teams will have 2.5 months to develop their project. The results of the competition will be announced on November 10, 2017. The competition is supervised by Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin,” said Kuznetsov.

On May 24, 2017 the website of Archcouncil of Moscow started accepting competitive proposals for the development of concepts for experimental renovation sites, which is held by order of Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin. See detailed information and application form here.
