A Watercolor by Sergey Kuznetsov Got an Award from the ASAI Jury

The watercolor Scarlet Flag: London by the chief architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov got an award at the 34th competition Architecture in Perspective. This competition is an annual event run by the American Society of Architectural Illustrators, ASAI.

The painting will participate in a special exhibition of the competition starting on October 3 in Los Angeles. It will be exhibited along with other winners selected from more than 500 submissions. Scarlet Flag: London will also be included in this year’s award catalog.

The artwork by Sergey Kuznetsov got a special attention of the jury member Maxx Burman, a special effects expert, who had worked in this area for more than 10 years. He worked on such films as Iron Man, Godzilla, and TV series Game of Thrones, Westworld and The Walking Dead.

Last year, artwork by Sergey Kuznetsov also got international awards. In 2018, his watercolor Construction of the Philharmonic in Zaryadye Park also got an ASAI award. Besides, his Blue Mosque and A Ruin ​​in the Tula Region were among the finalists of the Travel Sketch nomination in the architectural delineation competition named after Ken Roberts, 2018 KRob.
