A multifunctional center is going to be built in Butyrskaya Street near Savelovsky railway station. The shape of the building with expressive plasticity resembles a rotating tornado, said Sergey Kuznetsov, Chief Architect of Moscow.

A multifunctional center with a total area of 18,900 sq.m will be built in Butyrskaya Street, building 1. Nearby there is the Savelovskaya metro station, the railway station, the flyover and Savelovsky shopping complex.

“Moskomarkhitektura has approved a very interesting project for an office center developed by ADM bureau. Facade solutions represent a unique, delicately placed structure with expressive plasticity. Twisted in a spiral, it resembles a tornado. Formation due to the rotation of each subsequent floor allows you to increase the floor area and creates excellent view characteristics,” said Sergey Kuznetsov.

Structural glazing system is used for finishing. It will not only emphasize the shape of the building and provide the interior space with daylight, but will also allow the object to fit into the urban context. Glass will have sun protection and energy saving properties.

“The stepped rhythm of the façades is accentuated by the backlighting of the consoles, which at night will create the effect of “floating” floors. On the landscaped terrace of the second floor and on the exploited roof, transparent fences from triplex will be made,” added Sergey Kuznetsov .

The complex will be nine floors high, plus three underground levels, where a parking lot for 53 parking spaces and technical rooms have been designed. On the first and second floors there will be retail, a lobby of a business center, especially for this, places for signs are provided on the facade, and offices will be located above.
