Third Stage of Serp i Molot Industrial Zone in Lefortovo Development Received Consent
A new quarter making part of the third stage of development of Serp i Molot industrial zone will consist of towers of various configurations. The project developed by the ATRIUM workshop received consent from Moskomarkhitektura, said Chief Architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov.
Multifunctional residential development "3A" will appear at the address: Zolotorozhsky Val Street, property 11, blds. 50, 56. Three residential buildings number 29, 30, 31 have been designed on the site as part of Symbol Residential Complex. These are two multi-storey buildings with a height of 11 to 27 floors and a high-rise tower of 30 floors, united by a common underground parking. The first floors will house shops, cafes, offices, as well as a kindergarten for 100 children. The total area of the entire development will be about 100 thousand square meters.
“The facades of various-storey buildings No. 29 and 31 facing the courtyard and the street will fundamentally differ in decoration and finishing materials. On the outside, active plastic is formed due to bay windows and protrusions for the outer blocks of air conditioners, and from the inside, we see smooth surfaces in a calm style. Housing No. 30 will have smooth, vertically curved shapes. As for the cladding, the architects chose brick-like concrete tiles, metal panels, stemalite” - said Sergey Kuznetsov.
Decorative and artistic design of interiors is carried out according to an individual project in a modern style. Entrance groups will have panoramic glazing, in addition, multilevel suspended ceilings, an abundance of light and decorative elements that echo the architectural solutions of the facades have been planned. Materials of light shades were chosen for finishing: porcelain stoneware, metal, panels with imitation of wood.
The yard will be landscaped with trees, shrubs and flowers, footpaths and cozy recreation areas will be made. In addition, playgrounds and sports grounds will be installed.
