Residential Complex with Open Terraces will be Built in Zakharkovo

26 April 2021

UNK Project bureau plans to build a residential complex in Moscow on the territory of Rublevo-Arkhangelskoye near the village of Zakharkovo. The architects paid special attention to work with the natural landscape while creating a modern dynamic image, said First Deputy Chairman of the Moscow Committee for Architecture and Construction, Chief Architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov.

«The total area of the quarter will be about 21 thousand square meters. It will consist of two buildings of complex sculptured shape, united by a common underground level, where there will be a parking lot for 88 cars, space for motorcycles, storage rooms for residents and technical rooms. The first floors will be non-residential, part of the area will be occupied by a cafe », - said Sergey Kuznetsov.

The first building will have an «L» broken shape, its height will be 8-9 floors, the second will be made in the form of a rectangle with a height of 7 floors, at the very top there will be a large terrace, where all residents will have access. Also, in one of the premises on the ground floor, a children’s room will be opened for the residents of the quarter. The concept of the entire complex is based on combining a high-quality urban environment and life in nature.

The «honeycomb» structure gives the complex a modern architectural look, and at the same time harmoniously interacts with the rich nature around. The facades will be faced with textured porcelain stoneware slabs imitating natural stone, and inserts made of natural veneer will be made. Terraces protected from the sun by pergolas also play an important role in creating an integral image. They will be located mainly on the southern side of the complex, and on the roof of one of the buildings" — added Sergey Kuznetsov.

The buildings are designed in such a way as to provide future residents with the maximum variety in terms of the choice of apartments, and in addition, to create a comfortable environment around. On the adjacent territory, landscape designers will create interesting compositions of trees, shrubs and perennial grasses. The courtyard space will smoothly flow into the park, which borders on the construction site.

Yuliy Borisov, head of the UNK group of companies says: «Rublevo-Arkhangelskoye is a unique and very personal project for us. This is a pilot project, where customers, together with architects, give their answer to the question — what the city of the future should look like. A city where a person works, lives, studies and rests in harmony with nature. And we are proud that our residential area is only the first sign of where we, along with the best international architectural and design bureaus, are realizing the concept of the city of the future. »
