A residential complex inspired by futuristic minimalism will appear in the Khoroshyovo-Mnyovniki district. Due to the snow-white finish and curved glass, the facades of the buildings will resemble ocean liners, said Sergey Kuznetsov, Chief Architect of Moscow, First Deputy Chairman of Moscow Committee for Architecture.

A multifunctional residential complex consisting of two buildings will be built on Nizhniye Mnyovniki Street, quarter 10, land plot 14. The project was developed by Gorproekt JSC.

«The complex with a total area of about 12 thousand square meters will be designed in the spirit of futuristic minimalism with references to ship architecture — yachts and cruise liners. In the project, we see an abundance of glass with rounded corners and snow-white elements made of fiber-reinforced concrete. In addition, there are many innovative solutions in terms of engineering systems,» said Sergey Kuznetsov.

The buildings are going to be 6-7 floors high, a parking lot will be located on the underground level. All apartments have panoramic windows and access to their own terrace. The roofs of the buildings are crowned with spectacular pergola elements.

At the ends there are panoramic elevators that provide communication between the terraces and the parking lot. A mini-park will be laid out on the adjacent site, for which a separate landscape design project will be developed. In addition to «green» areas, it is planned to place children’s and sports grounds, a fitness camp, as well as recreation areas.
