Residential Building with Pink Nacrous Facade will Appear in Danilovsky District
Danilovsky District. The project is being implemented as part of the first stage of the development of the ZIL-Yug territory, said Chief Architect of Moscow, First Deputy Chairman of Moskomarkhitektura Sergey Kuznetsov.
“The house will consist of two towers of variable number of storeys that will grow from a common base. At the level of the seventh floor, it is planned to create a small "green" island - a recreation area for residents. The architects chose light colors in the design of the facades and the characteristic mesh of the pattern, which gives them lightness and dynamics" - said Sergey Kuznetsov.
The facades will not only have interesting architectonics, they will also be faced with aluminum panels painted in a delicate pink pearl color. The look is complemented by light wood grain window profiles.
“A most diverse environment filled with air and light will be formed on ZIL-Yug territory. The facades will be made of glass fiber reinforced concrete of different shades, in this case a light pink shade will be used. Window décor elements are also quite diverse - they will be made of aluminum, the optical game will be complemented by different depths of window openings and visual division of the verticals of buildings”- said Yulia Burdova, architect, partner at Buromoscow.
An apartment building with an underground two-storey parking lot will be built at the address: property 23/65, Avtozavodskaya Street. The complex will consist of two towers of variable number of storeys (25-27 floors), united by an L-shaped part at the 7th floor level, which forms an open operated terrace. The total area of the house will be about 32 thousand square meters.
