Moskomarkhitektura approved the project of a new residential area in Danilovsky District. Its main feature will be the neighborhood of different building typologies and housing formats - from townhouses to high-rise buildings. Chief Architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov spoke about this.

The shape, appearance and height of the houses emphasize the landscape and character of the territory located within the boundaries of the former ZIL-Yug industrial zone. The facades will be made of glass-fiber-reinforced concrete of different shades, the optical game will be complemented by different depths of window openings and visual division of the verticals of buildings.

“The block will consist of six buildings of different heights with underground parking. For their design, the architects decided to use glass-fiber-reinforced concrete panels of various textures - smooth and interspersed with natural stone, partially rusticated. There are also inserts made of wood and metal in the area of window openings, on loggias and first floors. The characteristic cellular pattern of the facades gives the building texture and lightness”- said Sergey Kuznetsov.

Within this project, three multi-storey buildings with commercial premises on the ground floors and three blocks of townhouses with a height of two or three floors will be built. All buildings will be united by an underground two-level parking for 373 cars.

Lighting, playgrounds and sports grounds, pedestrian sidewalks and driveways for transport, trees and bushes will be arranged and planted on the adjacent territory. In general, a permeable, diverse environment filled with air and light will be formed.

Multifunctional residential buildings with social and cultural facilities (buildings 5,6,7,8,9,10) will appear at the address: st. Avtozavodskaya, ow. 23/66.
