Project for Multifunctional Complex in Derbenevskaya Street Approved

10 August 2022

Moscow Committee for Architecture has approved a project for a multifunctional complex in Derbenevskaya Street, which will include residential and commercial areas. The central façade will face the embankment, and the building itself will have a smoothly curved shape. This was told by Chief Architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov.

We are talking about a complex in Danilovsky District (Derbenevskaya street, vl.1). The total area of the business center and the club house is about 81.6 thousand square meters, in addition, the project provides for a children’s center for 25 children.

«The complex designed by Tsimailo Lyashenko and Partners represents a uniform conceptual ensemble. The 11-storey residential building with its smooth shape resembles the bends of the Moskva River. To finish the facades, matte architectural concrete of a light shade is used. The terraces will have glass railings,» said Sergey Kuznetsov.

The business center with aluminum panel cladding will be built in the same style. The building will be 13 floors high. The rhythm of the columns of the enfilade of the first floors repeats the rhythm of the panoramic windows — on the lower level, all the necessary infrastructure of the business center will appear, including trade areas and cafes, as well as underground parking The windows will offer views of the water area, Krutitsy Compound and Derbenevskaya Embankment.

The public area between the buildings will be divided according to functionality. For residents of the club house, a walking park is provided, and for office employees there is a separate area for outdoors socializing.
