One Tower Skyscraper will be Tallest Residential Building in Europe
The 405-meter tall One Tower Skyscraper in Moskva-City Business Center is going to be the tallest residential building in Europe.
The skyscraper designed by architect Sergey Skuratov will appear near the Mercury City Tower and the Grand Tower. The building will have 104 floors in total — 101 above the ground and three underground. The total floor
space is 279 thousand square meters and there will be 1,507 apartments. 5,700 people will find their jobs here. This will be the first residential tower in the City with apartments for permanent living, not for commercial rent. An observation deck will be created on the hundredth floor of the skyscraper. The building will have a fitness center with a swimming pool, a children’s leisure club, cafes, restaurants and shops.
