Moskomarkhitektura Approved Greened Business Center in SberCity, Rublyovo-Arkhangelskoye

An office and business center with landscaped terraces will be built in SberCity smart city park in Rublyovo-Arkhangelskoye. Several types of stained-glass structures and glass are used on the facades, said Sergey Kuznetsov, Chief Architect of Moscow, First Deputy Chairman of Moscow Committee for Architecture.

“Each project in Rublyovo-Arkhangelskoye is unique, for example, in this case, several stained glass systems are used for decoration, which allows placing profiles at different angles, creating “waves” on the facades. Triangular-shaped open terraces are recessed into the building and additionally emphasized with the help of color - it was decided to use bronze-colored inserts at these points. Also, the silk-screen printing method is partially used on the windows,” Sergey Kuznetsov specified.

The total area of the complex will be about 24 thousand sq.m. The building will have seven floors: an atrium will run through the entire height, and offices will be located in a circle. On the ground floor there are also commercial premises - shops, cafes. Two underground levels will be occupied by a parking lot for 97 cars.

The business center will be built as part of the SberCity project in Rublyovo-Arkhangelskoye, block A23 (Zapadny (Western) Okrug of Moscow). The developer is Rublyovo-Arkhangelskoye JSC. The designer is MARX ENGINEERING Company.
