Large research and production complex will be built in Troitsky and Novomoskovsky Administrative Districts
New research and production complex will be built on the territory of Novomoskovsky District. As it was said by chief architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov, two rounded glass buildings will have volume over 18,000 sq.m.
“Both buildings are performed in single stylistics that are glass round volumes, adding to the complex interesting and dynamic appearance. It’s worth to mention, that in general, production facilities in Moscow become visually attractive. Its happens, in the first place, thanks to the policy of mayor Sergey Sobyanin, when active investments are made into production and high-technology production enterprises,” mentioned Sergey Kuznetsov.
The complex will have two buildings: research and production and administrative. The first one is designed with varying number of storeys, from one to five storeys. Its volume grows from rectangular shop in several curved lines. In whole it is divided into several functional blocks: administrative and utility, two exhibit halls of plants and equipment, cafeteria, conference hall, and production shop itself.
Administrative building is designed with seven storeys and two-level underground parking. It will have not only office premises, but also trading hall, café, corporate development center, and leisure zone.
The complex will be built 2,5 km away from MKAD, on the production territories between Residential Complex Rumyantsevo Park which is under construction now and SNT Mir, close to the border of Western Administrative District along Rodnikovaya street.
