House in Grazhdanskaya Street to Be Built according to the Project of WALL Bureau

A modern residential complex with underground parking designed by the WALL architectural bureau will be built in Grazhdanskaya Street. This was announced by Chief Architect of Moscow, First Deputy Chairman of Moskomarkhitektura Sergey Kuznetsov.

The residential complex will be built at the following address: 3ya Grazhdanskaya Street, 35. Within walking distance, there are metro stations Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad and Bulvar Rokossovskogo.

“Planning solutions are based on a combination of complex cubic volumes. It was decided to use plaster and clinker bricks as the main materials for lining facades. The main colors are black and light gray, and it was decided to make one of the blocks in white,” said Sergey Kuznetsov.

The entrance to the parking lot will be arranged from Igralnaya Street; in addition, a two-way passage for cars has been designed along the eastern side of the site. Residents enter the courtyard from the side of the main facade overlooking the 3ya Grazhdanskaya Street.

A green "oasis" with recreation areas and playgrounds will be created in the yard. Special attention will be paid to lighting - they will install several groups of lamps, including paving with built-in lighting.
