Concept for the architectural design of 150 streets to be drafted this year

The elaboration and endorsement of a concept for the architectural design of streets within the outer limits of the Garden Ring will be completed in April 2014. In September 2014 this concept will be drafted for streets within the outer limits of the Third Transport Ring and beyond it.

In 2013 the Moscow authorities elaborated new regulations for placing information materials in the city. They define what types of information structures are allowed, their maximum size and requirements as to their placement.
