Crystal Ice Palace in Luzhniki to Open in 2020

The construction of the Crystal Ice Palace on the territory of the Luzhniki Olympic Complex is going to be completed next year.
A new ice palace with an area of 24.5 thousand square meters will appear on the site of the old complex. In-situ concreting has already been completed; the installation of metal structures is underway.
During the reconstruction of the ice rink and the construction of a new complex in Luzhniki, a fully-equipped ice palace with various sports facilities for those who love hockey and figure skating will appear.
Two full-sized ice arenas will be built for hockey players’ and figure skaters’ trainings. The building will also house a spa area with a 25-meter pool, a fitness club with a playground for children and several multi-purpose rooms for group classes.
