Chain of Urban Villas with Green Terraces will Appear in ZIL-YUG Industrial Zone
Two residential buildings of variable number of storeys united by an underground parking will be constructed as part of the development project for the former ZIL-Yug industrial zone. The buildings will have the total area of about 26 thousand square meters. This was announced by Chief Architect of Moscow, First Deputy Chairman of Moskomarkhitektura Sergey Kuznetsov.
“Both buildings will have a different number of storeys, ranging from one to 17. Glass-fiber-reinforced concrete panels "Jurassic limestone" of light colors, concrete tiles imitating bricks in gray color will be used as finishing. Arched slopes and balcony railings will be made of copper-colored metal, French balconies will be covered with triplex. Earlier, the project was approved by Moscow Committee for Architecture and Construction” - said Sergey Kuznetsov.
Around the perimeter of the development of the complex, 6-9-17 storey buildings will be constructed. They will be integrated into the general theme of the complex - "city garden". The characteristic features of the buildings will be metal-faced arches, as well as operational terraces overlooking the well-maintained chamber courtyards. Shops and cafes will be opened on the ground floors.
