Business Complex on Bumazhny Proezd to Become Dominant Feature of Belorussian Office Cluster
The administrative and business complex will be constructed within the office quarter at Bumazhny Proezd, vl. 19, between two major transport hubs Belorusskaya and Savelovskaya, said Chief Architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov. The project architects are Tsimailo Lyashenko and Partners bureau.
«Two office towers of different height will be connected by a single-level stylobate. One of them will become the architectural dominant of the Belorussian business cluster as a whole. Facades made of glass fiber concrete with panoramic glazing, will create a harmonious image and fit into the existing fabric of urban development. The project on Bumazhny Proezd received a certificate of approval of the architectural and urban planning decision from Moskomarkhitektura,» noted Sergey Kuznetsov.
The total area of the two towers will be about 50 thousand sq.m. In total, within the framework of the project of the office quarter, four towers will be constructed in the concept of a healthy building, which implies energy efficient and more technologically advanced engineering, high quality water and air, natural lighting, thought-out improvement and many more things that contribute to the physical, mental and social well-being of residents.
«Comprehensive landscaping of the entire territory of the office quarter is provided, completely permeable and integrated into the city space. The central part of the public space will be a park with an area of almost 5,000 sq.m,» added Sergey Kuznetsov.
