Bachurinskaya Station of Kommunarskaya metro line will be decorated with a turbine lamp, which will run through the entire platform part and will serve as the main light source. This was told by Chief Architect of Moscow, First Deputy Chairman of Moskomarkhitektura Sergey Kuznetsov.

“The station space is shaped by an alternation of matte support frames and glossy wall and ceiling surfaces. The architectural lamp penetrates through the platform part, visually resting on the columns. The dynamism of the structure is given by metal rings and color accents on the ceiling. The method is very interesting, since it is a rarity for the metro in the capital when the appearance of the entire station is based on only one detail," Sergey Kuznetsov explained.

The station will be executed in the suprematism style, which is characterized by asymmetrical but balanced compositions permeated with internal movement, built on a combination of the simplest geometric shapes. Stone of various shades of light gray, black and red will be used for decoration, as well as aluminum panels, slatted structures and stainless-steel materials that are practical and durable. On walls and ceilings, recessed, patterned glossy surfaces will alternate with protruding matte aluminum panels.

Bachurinskaya Station (working name Kommunarka-2) is located on the territory of the administrative and business center in Kommunarka, from the lobbies you can go to the prefecture of Troitsky and Novomoskovsky Administrative Districts and to Alexandra Monakhova street.
