ARCHICAD 23 New Version Introduced with Rhythmic Gymnastics Center on the Cover
A new version of ARCHICAD 23 software, indispensible for designers, has been introduced. According to the Chief Architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov, the picture of the Rhythmic Gymnastics Center at Luzhniki has been placed on its cover.
GRAPHISOFT, a leading BIM software developer, has announced the latest release of its flagship BIM authoring software, ARCHICAD 23.
“This is wonderful news for professionals. It also is a great honor that a Moscow project (and I am the team- leader of this project authors) is placed on the cover of such a product. Architects all over the world use Archikad, and as you know, the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin set a task to introduce BIM technologies for implementation of the largest urban development facilities” - said Sergey Kuznetsov.
Let us recollect that the architectural concept of the Rhythmic Gymnastics Center was developed by Russian architects from Creative Production Union PRIDE. The design team was headed by the Chief Architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov. Engineering and design solutions were developed by Metropolis.
The new version of the software improves the performance of such basic processes as launching, opening files, switching between projects or views in a specific BIM project. Also in the new version such radically new tools as Opening, Column and Beam were introduced. These tools will provide greater accuracy in design and compatibility with engineering aspects. In addition, the dRofus database makes it easy to collect and process design data, even when working on large and complex projects, such as hospitals, airports and universities.
