An original red business center in the shape of a prism will be built on Okskaya Street
A business center in the shape of a prism with rounded corners will be built near Okskaya metro station. The facades of the complex will be made in bright red color, said Chief Architect of Moscow, First Deputy Chairman of Moscow Committee for Architecture Sergey Kuznetsov.
The office building will be located in the south-east of Moscow at the address: Okskaya st., vl. 9, four hundred meters southwest of Okskaya metro station and Ryazansky Prospekt.
“The designed building is an isosceles triangle with rounded corners. In addition to the unusual shape, the rich red color of the facades immediately attracts attention. The first floor on the south and west sides is glazed and recessed relative to the main plane, due to which canopies are formed over the entrance groups. There are also plans to make part of the roof exploitable,” said Sergey Kuznetsov.
The project was carried out by Inpad company. Composite panels are used for facade finishing. In the dark, architectural lighting of the building is provided: vertical lamps will be located in the area of window openings and in the area of entrance groups. Roof railings will be made of aluminum lamellas.
The total area of the ten-storey complex will be 16,471 square meters. A cafe with a veranda on the street will be opened on the ground floor, class B offices will be located on the 2nd to 9th floors for rent with finishing at the “shell & core” level. In the underground part there is a parking lot for 58 cars.
