An Office Complex in Shape of Triangle to be Built on Udaltsova Street

An office complex in the shape of a triangle will be built on Udaltsova Street. According to Chief Architect of Moscow, Sergey Kuznetsov, the building will be faced with brick-like tiles. 

“Due to the favorable location, the multifaceted image of the building will be fully revealed from the side of Udaltsova Street. Expressiveness is achieved due to textured brick cladding, large windows and the ends of the semi-columns protruding from the roof. As a result, this building will become a worthy decoration for the area and create additional jobs,” said Sergey Kuznetsov.

The multifunctional complex will be built on Udaltsova Street, vl. 75A. The total area of the building will be 15,500sq.m. The first floor will be given over to public functions: cafe, shop, fitness, etc. All premises above will be occupied by offices. The building will have an interesting triangular shape, and there will be a two-level parking underground. 

The territory will be landscaped. For offices, shops and spa-centers separate exits are provided, which will allow dividing the pedestrian flow.
