Unusual Business Center with Accessible Roof Will Be Built in Kuntsevo

An office and business center with an underground two-level parking lot for 160 cars will be built near the village of Zakharkovo, in the new Rublevo-Arkhangelskoye cluster. The roof of the building is planned to be made accessible, said Chief architect of Moscow, First Deputy Chairman of Moscow Committee for Architecture Sergey Kuznetsov.

 “The business center is going to be unusual. The building is visually divided into two spaces - the monumental bottom with a staircase will be decorated with natural coffee-colored stone, and the top will be made in the form of a powerful console, which, nevertheless, will seem light due to stained glass. Additionally, the upper part is supported by thin graceful columns,” said Sergey Kuznetsov.

The building includes a number of multi-level spaces: a 34-meter high atrium that unites all above-ground floors, open staircases, pedestrian galleries, exit hall from the metro underpass, etc. The project provides for an accessible roof, where it will be possible to organize an additional recreation area or hold meetings.

The total area of the building is about 40 thousand sq.m. Offices are designed from the second to the seventh floors, and a recreation area for employees will be located at the level of 4-6 floors. Part of the premises is provided for rent - cafes, shops, in addition, a transformable hall with a capacity of 150 people and lecture halls for 100 visitors are allotted for events. In the underground part there will be a parking lot for 160 cars.

The lower floors will be cased with natural stone, while the upper floors, on the contrary, will be formed from light stained glass structures. The interiors will be executed in a similar style, the decoration will mainly use natural materials: stone, wood, glass, brass, plus decorative plants will be placed there.
