04 August 2017

The membership of the Architectural Council of Moscow was renewed. Chief Architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov introduced his new colleagues: co-founder of the architectural bureau «Tsimailo Lyashenko and Partners» Alexander Tsimailo, Managing Director of «Mosproekt-4» Vadim Grekov, founder of the Buromoscow architectural workshop Yulia Burdova.

«Initially, it was planned that Archcouncil structure will be flexible, and its membership will be changing from time to time. Today we are glad to introduce our new colleagues — Vadim Grekov, Yulia Burdova, Alexander Tsimailo. As you can see, they are young people, who came here with fresh ideas and who will help us to look at some things at different perspective», — noted Sergey Kuznetsov.

The Architectural Council of Moscow is a standing collegial consultative body to the Moscow City Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning which is discussing projects and solutions in the field of architecture and urban planning. The Archcouncil of Moscow consists of prominent architects, representatives of executive bodies of the Moscow Government and expert community.

The Chairman of the Council is Sergey Kuznetsov, the Chief Architect of Moscow. At the monthly meetings of the Architectural Council of Moscow architectural projects and solutions that are the most significant to the city are discussed. The work of the Architectural Council of Moscow is aimed at making the decisions on key urban projects widely open to the public — this is the principled position of Sergey Kuznetsov, Moscow’s Chief Architect.
