Mamyri Station of Kommunarskaya metro line will be decorated in autumn colors, i.e. the walls will be faced with burgundy, brick-red and orange panels. The ground pavilion will be made in a classical style - the semicircular volume will be decorated with columns, said Sergey Kuznetsov, Chief Architect of Moscow, First Deputy of Chairman of Moskomarkhitektura.

"Mamyri station will have a pronounced individual appearance. The track walls will be decorated with a composition of elements of different shapes and sizes. They will be made either of stone or of burgundy, brick-red and orange aluminum panels. The slats on the ceiling will form a single smooth surface, but the lamps, on the contrary, are recessed in rectangular niches, thereby creating an interesting play of light. It was decided to cover the floor with light granite," said Sergey Kuznetsov.

The same materials will be used to decorate the lobbies. The suspended ceiling will be made of rectangular aluminum slats, the columns will be faced with black gabbro and the walls will be covered with light marble and agglomerate or aluminum honeycomb panels.

The station is being built along the Kaluzhskoe highway, near Admirala Kornilova street. The architectural solution of the ground lobby is made in the context of the surrounding buildings of the area and taking into account the scale of the surrounding structures. Its volume is completed in the form of a petal, the walls of which are supported by oval-type columns. The facade will be decorated with panels made of decorative fiber-reinforced concrete of light gray color, and the name of the metal station will be placed on the frieze.

The designer was Mospromproekt, AO.
