Your embankment at «River Park»

City quarter River Park is a new complex of residential buildings, situated on the banks of Nagatinskiy backwater, built on a site of the old factories as part of the Moscow city brownfield development project and Moscow River adjacent territories development.

From north and east, the quarter territory is surrounded by ‘big‘ water. Museum-Reserve ’Kolomenskoye" is situated nearby.

On March 26 at a press conference in "Moscow-media" were announced the results of the first stage of the competition, which was held in the format of a portfolio. The concept of a pedestrian promenade in the district of "River Park", located near Kolomenskoye Park, will develop:

• Turenscape International Limited (China)
• Architectural Bureau Wowhouse (Russia)
• Architectural Studio "T+T architects" (Russia)

The rating of winners by results of jury voting was headed by the Bureau Wowhaus. In second place is a young team T+T Architects, the third — Milano Italian LAND.

Three hectares of land, including 1.5 km of promenade, the developer of a new urban quarter in the area of Nagatinskaya floodplain development company LLC “Rechnikov invest” decided to turn into a public space. The competition for the concept of a pedestrian promenade at the address Rivermen, 7 was announced in February. In the final rating of the places of finalists were distributed as follows:
