Sydney City Residential Complex wins Urban Design & Architecture Design Awards

The project won Architecture Technology (Built) nomination. Genpro designed buildings of different heights with dynamic facades made of aluminum panels, emphasizing their plasticity.

The pattern is based on a “stretched” orthogonal grid. This solution was implemented with the help of the Grasshopper parametric program, which creates complex architectural forms and changes their geometry thanks to computational design. To translate the idea into reality, modular facades will be used. Their distinguishing feature is the factory assembly. Facade elements will be delivered to the construction site assembled, which will speed up their installation.

Sydney City Residential Complex is a business-class project, which is being built by FSK Group of Companies on an area of 20 hectares along Shelepikhinskaya embankment in Moscow. The concept of the project is based on the philosophy of well-being, designed to take care of the overall well-being of a person. The implementation of the residential complex began in 2020 and will be completed in 2028.
