09 September 2013

Building structures manufacturers should offer more planning and designing options for prefab panel buildings, Moscow Chief Architect Sergey Kuznetsov said. “Homebuilding factories should constantly change its product range, offering more convenient, various, and comfortable bulk materials,” Mr Kuznetsov said at the Seventh International Investment Forum PROEstate-2013 at Expocentre.

Mr Kuznetsov said that it is necessary to use more various materials in construction industry. Now, interesting offers are underway on the market, which allow construction to meet an individual’s requirements. “The quality and the comfort of living are an important issue. It is a basic urban development principle. A resident’s requirements should be the starting point of development,” he stressed.

The Seventh International Investment Forum PROEstate-2013 opened on 9 September in Moscow. Over 3,000 people are expected to take part in the three-day exhibition. Participants from 70 cities of various countries, such as Finland, the United States, Germany, Japan, Poland, the UK, and the Netherlands will present their stands and projects. The programme will include conferences and roundtables on the constructing sector’s investment attractiveness in Russia’s regions, urban environment development, industrial zones redevelopment in the city, and so on.
