Shlyuzovaya Embankment is to have a multifunctional residential complex with a built-in kindergarten and underground parking. The project has received architectural and urban planning solution from Moskomarchitektura, as reported by Chief Architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov.

The architects of OOO MLA+Spb have designed an apartment complex and a residential building with several sections which will be constructed at the following address: Kozhevnicheskiy proezd, vl.4, bldg. 1-10; the ground floor of the housing will accommodate a kindergarten for 45 children.

The height of the complex will range from six to seven floors; it will fit perfectly into the site development of the embankment. The facades are to be decorated with natural materials — clinker bricks in dark and red shades and natural stone in light tones.

The development area of 5 776 sq m is divided into the following zones: Building A — a residential building having five sections for 200 flats; Building B — three sections with apartments in the amount of 171.

«The complex meets all modern standards for residential buildings, developed by Moskomarchitektura by the order of Mayor Sergey Sobyanin. The area around the housing will be landscaped; it is to have a playground and a walking area of the kindergarten that can be organized in the lessee’s discretion. Lights and benches will be installed in the yard, and plants will be planted there. In addition to this, open street parking lots are to be constructed for people with limited mobility,» said Sergey Kuznetsov.

The underground level of the housing estate will have an underground parking for 209 cars. The accessway is planned to be organized from Kozhevnicheskiy Proezd side; on the other side there is Kozhevnicheskaya Street and Shlyuzovaya Embankment. The nearest metro station is Paveletskaya Station which is only 150 metres away.
